RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase from ThatGoodFood.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
SECTION 1 - RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items (such as food), intimate or sanitary goods, and gift cards.
Non-returnable items include:

Downloadable digital products

Perishable goods (food or beverage items)

Sale or clearance items (final sale)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
SECTION 2 - REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary.
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
SECTION 3 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected] for instructions.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in your return authorization email (please contact us first before sending any returns).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
SECTION 6 - SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
SECTION 7 - GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return once received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift (or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first), we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
